Schedule: Part-time. 15-20 hours per week. Flexible hours, 5 days/week. Role is P/T immediately with the opportunity to turn into a full-time summer internship.

At Nightingale Ice Cream Sandwiches, we create products that are irresistible and unlike anything else on the market. We’re looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Intern to support our commercial strategy, retail execution, and field marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and excited to learn how a fast-growing CPG brand shows up in-store and drives results at retail.

Internship Description:

As the Field Sales & Marketing Intern, you will support the planning, execution, and reporting of field marketing programs—including demos, sampling events, retailer visits, and local activations. You will help ensure consistent brand presentation, strong in-store execution, and clean post-event reporting that drives learnings across sales, marketing, and commercial strategy. This is a hands-on role designed to provide real exposure to retail execution, field operations, and insight-driven marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, execution, and reporting of field marketing programs—including in-store demos, sampling events, and local activations—executed nationwide through third-party demo agency partners
• Assist in oversight of third-party execution by reviewing field recaps, demo photos, and setup quality to ensure consistent brand standards and strong on-site execution
• Assist with demo kit preparation, asset tracking, and shipping coordination to support accurate, on-time execution across markets
• Compile post-demo reporting and insights, including sales lift, sampling volume, and qualitative feedback
• Identify trends and learnings across stores, markets, and formats to help inform optimization and potential expansion of field coverage

Qualifications:

• Interest in field marketing, retail execution, shopper marketing, sales, or experiential marketing, with a curiosity for how CPG and consumer brands perform in-store
• Preferred majors: Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields (all majors considered)
